The cabin was comfortable, clean, and had great air conditioning for the summer. The location was perfect, close to the beach, attractions, groceries, and train station. The host was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay.
The only small improvement for breakfast would be to offer a wider variety of options.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the seafront. The locked compound provided a sense of security and privacy. The modern and clean apartment had all the amenities I needed, including a TV with Netflix and movie channels. The comfortable sofa was a nice touch. Additionally, the air conditioning was a godsend, especially during those hot summer days.
There were a few downsides to my stay. the shower head in the bathroom leaked, which was a bit annoying.

The value for money at Gresham was incredible - we got much more than we expected for the price we paid. The room was spotless and absolutely immaculate, not a speck of dust in sight. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center and tucked away for privacy. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
For the breakfast option, it would have been great to have a stove or hob available. The microwave was a bit of a challenge for making scrambled eggs, but I managed it.

I stayed at Gresham in Margate for my birthday celebration with friends, and it was perfect! The rooms were spacious, and I loved that each room had its own toilet. The property was exceptionally clean - not one speck of dust anywhere. The owners have done a fantastic job creating such a wonderful and well-maintained place to stay. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and the location was secluded yet conveniently close to the center. Izzy, the family dog, was a darling, and for non-dog lovers, she is not allowed in the rentals. I highly recommend this great place.
Can recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the seafront and within walking distance of major attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, everything looked brand new. The property description matched the actual experience, and we especially enjoyed having a barbeque during our stay.
The lack of a hairdryer, which became a problem for me when I got caught in the rain. Another inconvenience was the absence of a hob in the kitchen, making it challenging to cook certain meals.

The location of the hotel is ideal, just off the seafront, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at night. the apartments are modern and clean, with comfortable sofas and quality entertainment options such as Netflix and movie channels. the air conditioning in the rooms provides comfort during the summer months.
The blinds in the apartments could be improved in order to block out more sunlight in the morning, as they currently allow an early awakening.
